Chase, will co-present a session at NACHA Payments 2007 entitled,
"Success Drivers and Best Practices for Online Retail Bill Payments."
NACHA-The Electronic Payments Association is the leading payments
organization in the nation, working to promote the development of
electronic solutions that improve the payment system for the benefit
of it members and their customers. The session, part of The Payment
Biz track, will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. on April 17 in
Regency D at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago.
Ms. Foulds will present the latest best practices for retail
financial and payment Web sites based on new data collected from
evaluation and benchmarking studies performed by Keynote. Keynote's
studies evaluate the customer experience from a usability perspective
based on specific, real-world customer tasks, and involve direct
customer feedback as well as industry expert analysis. Usability best
practices for online financial services and biller direct payments
sites are presented as examples of how to improve the customer
experience. Mr. Weldon will present a "before-and-after" case study to
highlight key customer experience elements and results. Attendees will
learn valuable information from two leading customer experience
experts and gain insights into the latest national studies of online
bill payment that will improve retail financial and payments sites.
About the Presenters from Keynote and JP Morgan Chase
Prior to joining the Keynote Financial Services team, Susan Foulds
was managing director, product management for retail banking and bill
payment at Online Resources Corporation where she managed the
company's retail online banking, bill payment and presentment product
lines. She also served as executive director, wireless data for US
West Wireless and vice president of product marketing for BellSouth
Mobile Data (RAM Mobile Data.) Susan is a frequent contributor to
industry publications and conferences as a subject expert, currently
serves on the Steering Committee of NACHA's Council on Electronic
Billing and Payments (CEBP) and has been an active member in CTIA -
The Wireless Association and the former Electronic Mail Association.
Chip Weldon currently serves as senior vice president, Internet
design executive for JP Morgan Chase. He is responsible for the
customer experience across the firm's consumer facing Web properties.
He has held similar responsibilities at Bank One - where he integrated
the bank's disparate Web sites into the award winning Bankone.com,
WingspanBank.com - where he was responsible for the internet startup's
UI, and the Vanguard Group - where he brought the company onto the Web
in 1995. He has received 2 "Webby" awards for his work (at Bankone and
Vanguard) and is a member of the Academy Of Digital Arts And Sciences.
